DICOM to NIFTI

Introduction

This free DICOM to NIFTI converter can help you convert DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) image to NIfTI (Neuroimaging Informatics Technology Initiative) image. The tool will try to maintain the image quality of the source DICOM file and create a high quality NIFTI file as much as possible. The tool can open and read DICOM archive file (.zip), this archive file contains a file set and a directory file (DIRCOMDIR), it is saved from CD/DVD, flash drive and more. By default, the tool will create an uncompressed file (.nii), you can choose the option to generate a compressed file (.nii.gz). In addition, the tool will try to merge 2D slices of images from the same series into a single file. Please note that this tool does not support SOP (Service Object Pair) Class files.

How To Use

3. Once the upload is complete, the converter will redirect a web page to display the conversion results.

Main Options

The tool can compress the output file and generate compressed (.nii.gz) file. With this option, you will get a smaller output file.

• The maximum upload file size is 200 MB.

• This converter cannot support encrypted or protected image files.
